We’ve had a great run,

  which was O! 

    such great fun –

That, was Our Day 

  in the Sun!

We had our great run,

and even now though all done,

  we still know 

    we had a Run 

      in the Sun.

And should all be gone,

  going all, 

  one by one,

We’ll have had

  our own Time

    in the Sun.
