Surprised us all,

    the serotinious scheme.

 

No longer is everything

    anymore any keen.

 

Someone had surely

    searched for its mean?

 

But all went undone

    and nothing was clean.

 

The second September

    of Twenty-Thirteen.

 

Never before

    was this before seen.

 

Now, what pros

    will know supervenes?

 

What, pray tell

     can they tell what it means?

 

Serotinous surprises
